01. About this website
Heartbeats & Chaos Studio is an independent, unregistered, human-operated creative studio based in Alberta, Canada. It is not incorporated or officially registered. The human studio owner operates this website. These terms describe use of the informational studio website. They do not provide a licence for a separate game, song, film, or other release.
02. Using the site
You may browse the site and share its links. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent an affiliation with the studio, or use it unlawfully. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be restricted.
03. Project status and availability
In Development means a project is being worked on and is not presented as released. Coming Soon indicates an intended future release, not a guaranteed date. Released means the project has been made available through the destination and on the platforms identified on its page. Check each project page for actual availability. Plans, features, and timing can change; unfinished projects are not available merely because they are described.
04. Sharing and permissions
Website links may be shared. Screenshots and gameplay videos of publicly released games may be shared subject to applicable rights and project-specific restrictions. This is not blanket permission to redistribute music, films, artwork, game files, or other assets. Commercial reuse requires appropriate permission. See the Copyright & Intellectual Property page for details.
05. Services and external destinations
At launch the website has no accounts, sales, payment processing, or public game or music downloads. External destinations operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Any future release, store listing, or service may have separate terms; review them before use or purchase.
06. Questions, changes, and applicable rights
For questions or concerns, contact heartbeatschaosstudio@gmail.com. The studio is based in Alberta, Canada; applicable law depends on the circumstances. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive court location, or a blanket exclusion of liability. If future activities require more detailed contractual terms, those terms will need separate review. Updates will be dated on this page.
