Heartbeats & Chaos Studio creates games, music, films, and other creative work under human direction with AI assistance. Rights in each element depend on its authorship, source, licences, and applicable law. The studio does not claim exclusive copyright in all AI output or in third-party licensed materials, and makes no registration claim.
02. Sharing website links and gameplay
You may share links to this website. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos of publicly released games, subject to applicable rights and any restrictions stated for the individual project. This permission covers only rights the studio can grant; music or other third-party material appearing in gameplay may require separate permission. It does not authorize sharing private drafts or unreleased materials.
03. Redistribution and commercial use
No blanket permission is granted to redistribute music, films, artwork, game files, source code, or other assets. Commercial reuse requires appropriate permission, including monetized uses where permission is needed. Contact heartbeatschaosstudio@gmail.com with the material and intended use. Project-specific licences and permissions may set different terms. Nothing on this page removes uses permitted by applicable law, including fair dealing where it applies.
04. AI-assisted and licensed materials
AI assistance alone does not establish ownership, originality, or eligibility for copyright protection. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licences and rights. Release credits and disclosures should identify significant AI-generated elements and relevant third-party materials. Rights and permissions must be assessed for each release; this page is not a guarantee of rights clearance.
